Terms of sale

These terms apply to all contracts between you and METAFIN S.R.L., Via A. Grandi 56, 60131 Ancona (AN), Italy (“Badwasch”, “we”) concluded through this website or on the basis of a quote from us. We deliver exclusively to countries of the European Union.

Items in their standard version without customisation can be bought directly online. The presentation in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart; before that you can review and correct all details.

The contract is concluded when the payment is authorised and we send you the order confirmation by email, containing the order details, these terms and the information on cancellation and changes. Contract languages are English, German and Italian.

Versions with customisation (finishes, top, basin, mirror, custom sizes) are requested through a free, no-obligation quote. We send you a written offer with price, specification, delivery time and payment terms; the contract is concluded when you accept the offer in text form and we confirm your acceptance.

All prices are final prices in euros including VAT. Shipping to all delivery countries is free. There are no other charges.

For direct purchases you pay when ordering through our payment provider Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (depending on device and availability). Klarna’s terms also apply when paying with Klarna. For quotes, payment method and due date are set out in the offer.

All furniture is made to order in Italy. Delivery usually takes 4–6 weeks from conclusion of the contract, 7 working days more for made-to-measure work, by freight carrier to the kerbside; the carrier agrees the date with you in advance.

Please check the goods for visible transport damage on delivery and, if possible, note it on the delivery receipt. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

The statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery applies.

In addition, as guarantor we give a voluntary 5-year warranty from delivery on carcass, fronts and hardware for proper use within the EU. In a warranty case we repair or replace the part free of charge: report it to info@badwasch.de with your order number and photos. Wear, incorrect assembly and damage from water or unsuitable cleaners are excluded. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

All furniture is made individually for you after you order; there is therefore no right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). Within 24 hours of ordering you can cancel or change free of charge; details under “Cancellation & changes”.

Italian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence. For businesses the place of jurisdiction is Ancona.
