Shipping & payment

We deliver exclusively within the European Union, to the following countries: Austria · Belgium · Czechia · Denmark · France · Germany · Italy · Luxembourg · Netherlands · Poland · Spain · Sweden.

Shipping is free to all delivery countries. Delivery usually takes 4–6 weeks from conclusion of the contract, as every piece is made to order in Italy; 7 working days more for made-to-measure work.

Goods are delivered in protective packaging by freight carrier to the kerbside; the carrier agrees a date with you by phone or email beforehand. The furniture arrives semi-assembled with illustrated instructions; we do not offer an assembly service.

Direct purchase of standard items: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. You pay securely on the encrypted payment page of our provider Stripe; the amount is charged when you order. With Klarna, pay later or instalments are available depending on your country.

Customised versions: payment method and due date are stated in your personal quote.
