Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of ordering – via the link in your order confirmation or our online form. After that production starts; because every piece is made individually for you, there is no right of withdrawal. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
How does the quote work?
Add products to your quote list, note your customisations and send the request with your delivery address. We check everything personally and send you a quote within one working day. You only pay if you decide to accept it.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free to all delivery countries, with protective packaging and a delivery date agreed with you.
Where do you deliver?
Only within the European Union: Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Czechia.
Can I change sizes and finishes?
Yes. Every piece is made to order: we adapt widths, finishes, basins, handles and mirrors to your room.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–6 weeks after you approve the quote. We agree a delivery date with you in advance.
Does the furniture arrive assembled?
It arrives already semi-assembled. Final assembly is done by you — and it’s easy, thanks to the illustrated instructions included in every delivery. We don’t offer an assembly service; for plumbing and electrical connections we recommend a professional.
