Cancellation & changes

We keep no stock of finished furniture. Every piece – including every composition from our catalogue – is made in Italy only after you order, to the composition, finish, fittings and size you chose.

There is therefore no right of withdrawal: it is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer’s individual choice or specification (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59(1)(c) Italian Consumer Code; § 312g(2) no. 1 German Civil Code). We point this out expressly before you order.

As a voluntary cooling-off period, you can cancel or change your order free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. The period starts with the order confirmation for direct purchases and with your acceptance for quotes; only then do we start production.

How: via the “Manage your order” link in your order confirmation, the “Cancel or change an order” form on our website or by email to info@badwasch.de. What counts is when your request reaches us; we confirm it immediately by email with date and time.

If you cancel, we refund the full amount without delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the original means of payment; you bear no costs.

If you change your order (e.g. a different version, quantity, delivery address or date), we confirm the changed order and the new price; differences are refunded or charged. If we cannot make a change you requested in time, you may still cancel free of charge afterwards.

Once the 24 hours have passed, production starts and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.

The two-year legal guarantee and our voluntary 5-year warranty remain unaffected. For defects or transport damage we repair or replace free of charge; write to info@badwasch.de with your order number and photos.
