Disposal & environment

Electrical and electronic equipment (e.g. LED mirrors and LED lights)
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on a device or its packaging means it must not be thrown away with household waste at the end of its life. It contains valuable raw materials and possibly substances that can harm the environment and health if disposed of incorrectly; separate collection allows reuse and recycling (Directive 2012/19/EU).
Please take old equipment to a municipal collection point free of charge. Remove batteries, rechargeable batteries and lamps that can be taken out without destroying them first and dispose of them separately. You are responsible for deleting any personal data on old devices.
For questions about returning old equipment, write to info@badwasch.de.
Packaging
Your furniture arrives well protected in packaging made of cardboard, plastic film and, depending on size, wood. The material codes (e.g. PAP 20 cardboard, LDPE 4 film, FOR 50 wood) are printed on the packaging and in the assembly instructions.
Please separate by material: cardboard and paper with paper recycling, plastic film with plastic packaging recycling, wood at the recycling centre. Follow your local rules.
Furniture and mirrors
Old furniture goes to bulky waste collection or the recycling centre. Mirror glass is coated and does not belong in glass bottle banks; dispose of mirrors with bulky waste or at the recycling centre. Remove electrical parts such as LED lights first and dispose of them as electrical waste.
