Standard vanity sizes, and what if they do not fit
Usual widths, heights and depths of bathroom vanities, why they almost never fit real bathrooms and how reduction to measure works.

1. The usual sizes
Widths come in steps of 10–20 cm: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 cm. Depth is usually 45–50 cm, with the countertop 82–88 cm from the floor.
- Width: 60 · 80 · 100 · 120 · 140 cm
- Depth: 45–50 cm
- Countertop height: 82–88 cm
2. Why they almost never fit
Real walls measure 93 cm, 117 cm, 136 cm. Soil pipes, doors, radiators and tiles take centimetres away. With standard furniture you are left with an ugly gap, or it does not fit at all.
3. How made to measure works
We start from an existing composition and reduce it in width, height or depth to the size you need, within the limits of basin and units the configurator shows for each product. Made to measure costs +30% (+40% on drawer units) and takes 7 more working days.
